Who we are
This website and the related emails, materials, and products (the “Services”) are operated by Stardentity LLC, a California limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@stardentity.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Services.
Information you give us:
- – your email address, when you subscribe to our letters, request a free download, or write to us;
- – payment and billing details, when you buy a paid product. Payments are handled by our payment partner, Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers on our own systems.
Information collected automatically: we do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics at this time. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs – IP address, browser type, pages visited – for security and uptime. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
How we use your information
We use your email address to send you the letters you signed up for, to respond if you write to us, and to tell you about Stardentity products, if and when they exist. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it
Email signup and delivery: Kit (ConvertKit LLC), under their privacy policy at kit.com/privacy. Payments: Stripe, Inc., under stripe.com/privacy. Hosting: Netlify.
Email confirmation
We use double opt-in: after you submit the form, you receive a confirmation email, and you are only added to the list once you confirm. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and we do not email you again.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Since the information we hold is usually just your email address, the simplest path is to email us at hello@stardentity.com – we will confirm what we have, delete it on request, or both.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and objection. The legal basis for our processing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
We will respond to any privacy request within 30 days.
Not for children
This website and our emails are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their email, contact us and we will delete it.
Two rooms: about the founder
Stardentity LLC was founded by Olga Grant, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in the State of California. In everything Stardentity does – this website, its emails, free or paid materials – she does not act in her capacity as a therapist. Nothing here is psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and using the Services does not create a therapist–client relationship. Stardentity is offered for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only.
This works in the other direction as well. Stardentity is a separate business and is not part of her private practice. Her clinical work remains governed by California law and the standards of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, and participation in Stardentity is not a path into that practice.

Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so in an email.
